ECLAC held a Memorial Lecture on April 12th, 2011 in Honour of Former Executive Secretary Raúl Prebisch: The tenth version of the event was chaired by Colombian economist José Antonio Ocampo.He delivered the keynote address entitled "Macroeconomics for development: changing production patterns countercyclical policies".
