Covering Globalization Seminar: Food, Trade, Agriculture and The Environment
Our flagship seminar on “Covering Globalization” will again be led by Nobel Laureate Joseph E. Stiglitz and held at Columbia University’s Graduate School of Journalism but this year we are adding a host of new speakers and topics and looking more closely at trade, the environment and agriculture.
Manhattan Institute Senior Fellow Tamar Jacoby will speak on immigration, Wall St Journal Reporter Steve LeVine will chair a panel on oil, Ruth Greenspan Bell will moderate a session on climate change after Kyoto and Nayan Chandra will discuss what we can expect from China and India.
