The Center for Global Economic Governance (CGEG), the Initiative for Policy Dialogue (IPD), and the Blinken European Institute hosted an evening talk with Jean Pisani-Ferry on the political and economic future of European monetary integration.

Formerly director of Bruegel, Pisani-Ferry currently serves as Chief of the Policy Planning Staff for the Prime Minister of France and teaches at the Hertie School of Governance in Berlin. During the event, Pisani-Ferry touched upon themes from his recent book The Euro Crisis and its Aftermath, and invited discussion from Columbia faculty on the topic.
